So Hot, I love exploring a new side of Hugh

Take Three Breaths is the book where get to see a more vulnerable side to Hugh as he tries to find his feet in the relationship with Truman.
Truman and Will finds a way to make Hugh open up to them. In the process Truman learns more about running a scene and we learn Hugh's safeword!
Also Hugh follow Truman when he visits his dad in the hospital. It is their 3 year anniversary and Hugh is unsure how to best be there for Truman. I love following them getting closer.
Still falling more and more in love with the wonderful cast of characters that manages to surprise me and challenge my world view. Love how characters actually talk to each other. Crazy about the mixture of bsdm, sex, love, fun, growth and acceptance. Impressed with the very slow and steady building of the sex; each scene feels like progress and yet nothing spirals out of control.

Plot stagnates

The story seemed to stagnate at this level. It focuses on the depression one character feels after the death of someone they know. It might have held more punch if the person who died had actually been close the character. As it was, me as the reader was unable to relate to the situation and the characters just seemed to be over dramatic about it. But, maybe a more sensitive person would be able to relate better.

Tables are Turned

Tables are turned a bit in this one with Hugh being the one in need. Again, everything I loved about the previous books is continued here. The fabulous dialog, smoking hot scenes, relationship progression, etc. Will remains an integral part of these guys, and I absolutely adore him. Bring on the next segment!
